Transparency Policy

We aim to make it as clear and as easy as possible for our customers to know what we do for them, why we do it and where their budget is spent.

Why?

You may already know that TKO doesn’t believe in mark-up. Our transparency policy means that we will not mark-up any transaction with third parties such as printers or publishers.

If you think this sounds too good to be true, our customers have access to our invoices for any comparisons.

The way we work with our subcontractors, such as technical writers, is based on the same transparency. In addition to the no mark-up policy, TKO operates in partnership with our subcontractors so that we are responsible for the work they do.
