What is Optimum?
TKO carries out a client satisfaction survey - called Optimum - every six months. The Optimum questionnaire asks you to rate TKO's client service teams for their performance in areas such as service, effectiveness and value for money. It is very important to us that you complete the questionnaire.
Here's why.
First, it allows us to check that we are delivering the high standards of service that we aim to offer. If we are falling short, it is vital that we know as soon as possible, so that we can put things right.
Second,
Optimum is the basis for our staff's bonus scheme. They
win cash awards if their aggregate Optimum scores exceed
a (high) threshold. Until we get your ratings, we cannot
work out our Optimum scores, and that means we cannot award
our staff any bonuses they have earned!
