Datasheet directories emerge from the shadows

Intro

If you ask an electronics component marketer to define the individual they would most like to reach with a product promotion campaign, the answer will probably be, ’A design engineer who is actively searching for and evaluating components for an end product design.‘

This is exactly the audience profile of a collection of datasheet directories that, so its promoters claim, attracts a remarkably large number of visits: 15 million page views per month at last count, from around 3 million unique users.
