TKO operates according to basic rules of business. TKO’s consultants are instructed to:

• Do what’s right for the client at all times
• Make recommendations on clients’ investment in marketing activities as though they were spending their own money
• Invoice and account for client service in such a way that, if the client were to examine every receipt, bill and contract, TKO would have no reason to be embarrassed or apologetic.

We back these rules up with a transparency policy: if any client ever wants to see any of the paperwork associated with any sums invoiced to them, including amounts charged to us by third parties and invoiced on to the client, they can. We maintain complete openness towards our clients.

TKO adds no mark-up to third-party costs invoiced on to clients.
