‘Optimum’ is TKO’s annual survey of client satisfaction. (See the results from previous years’ surveys.)
Optimum is central to TKO’s operation: the results from Optimum surveys determine the annual bonus paid to client-facing staff. Every year since the survey was first carried out, TKO has gained an average rating across all its clients of between ‘Very good’ and ‘Excellent’.
